What is Barre?! Barre is low impact, high intensity workout that fuses Pilates, dance, and functional fitness training. Through this class, we incorporate small isolated movements to fatigue the muscles, larger range of motions to elevate heart rate, and provide choreography that will give you a total body workout to make every second count. Whether you’re a beginner or expert, this class is for you!

Hot Yoga


This class allows you to flow through a series of Vinyasa style poses (asanas), linking movement with breath as you transition from pose to pose. Hot yoga focuses on improving strength, flexibility, balance, and calorie burn! Use of modifications and props are taught and encouraged to make this class suitable for all fitness levels. The room temperature is heated to 85-95 degrees with a combination of infrared and forced-air heat.

Gentle Yoga


This class is a gentle approach to yoga perfect for beginners, seasoned yogis, individuals with physical limitations or injuries, and anyone wanting a great way to de-stress through focusing on mindfulness and movement. It includes a variety of vinyasa flow yoga postures, standing poses, and soft stretches. This class is not hot and is suitable for all fitness levels.
